Govt accessing private data more than ever in 2012 - Google
The usual excuses apply (national security, child safety, copyright issues), but none of these issues justify this invasion of privacy!!!

99 PROBLEMS :smokin:
It's important to know your rights and to not be afraid to assert them!
"License and registration and step out of the car"
"Are you carrying a weapon on you I know a lot of you are"
I ain't stepping out of shit all my papers legit
"Do you mind if I look round the car a little bit?"
Well my glove compartment is locked so is the trunk and the back
And I know my rights so you gon' need a warrant for that
"Aren't you sharp as a tack are some type of lawyer or something?"
"Or somebody important or something?"
Nah I ain't passed the bar but I know a little bit
Enough that you won't illegally search my shit
"Well see how smart you are when the K-9's come"
I got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one

Occupy Movement Infiltrated by Spies :curse:
The government uses any excuse it can come up with to violate the rights of individuals. That's because they work for corporations. They're supposed to work for us. If they did, then they would not allow corporations to have so much power.

Drug-Sniffing Dogs Could Warrant Home Searches :curse:
Lots of money behind support for the Second Amendment, but when it comes to the FOURTH AMENDMENT there's not much money at all. If you ask me I'm much more worried about illegal searches and seizures than with being able to own a particular kind of gun and most of my friends would call me a gun nut!!!

Just wondering...
DESERTRAT: Do the items included in your gun collection have anything to do with your concerns regarding unlawful search and seizure?

I'm going to plead the fifth on that one! Thank god for the fifth amendment!!! :scared:
The Fifth Amendment protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. To "plead the Fifth" is to refuse to answer a question because the response could provide self-incriminating evidence of an illegal act punishable by fines, penalties or forfeiture.

Obama's idea of transparency and openness is to legalize everything that Bush did behind our backs.
