I've been watching my neighbors build this golf course all winter. Took these shots a few days ago.

they have one at the saline valley hot springs too. prez day is likely the only day it ever gets used.

SurfSteve: Nice pics! Any idea who owns the land? I suppose as long as they don't put any golf balls through anyone's windows there won't be any complaints, but it would be interesting to know if this is a private or public facility.

I think the land belongs to the plant and the water company manages it. Officially the golf course doesn't really exist. It's just something a bunch of neighbors who used to hit golf balls every day got together and created in their spare time.
