The South's Largest Religious Institution Wants Confederate Flags Gone
Another group just called for the removal of the Confederate battle flag, and this one could carry a lot more weight in the southern U.S.

Funny Or Racist? Neighbors In Trabuco Canyon Neighborhood Debate Halloween Decorations
Mildly funny and nothing to get all bent out of shape over. It's Halloween, stop obsessing over anything that isn't perfectly PC.

CrustyOldFart: The Confederate flag is a part of our history and there's no reason we should be ashamed of it. Anyone who is offended by it can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. I'm not planning on flying the flag anytime soon, but I have absolutely no issue with it being displayed anywhere and anytime!

Like I said back in November, I got no issue with the Confederate Flag flying anywhere and anytime. Also historical monuments should be left alone. Many people are proud of the Old South and for good reason. No nation is perfect, but we remember the good things with pride and that's how it should be.

RACIST MONUMENT SING-A-LONG
The underlying ideas for this song are pretty stupid, but it was composed and performed in a reasonably compelling manner.

Alabama bill aims to save Confederate monuments
If a monument has been around since before 1980 or so, then it should probably be protected. This is especially true if it relates to the history of a state in a way which is not intentionally offensive and I can't imagine any such monument being created for any other purpose than to honor state historical figures.

The Damnation Of Confederate Memory
I agree with a lot of what this guy says, but I'm not convinced that it's a Jewish agenda item.

sandman: Jews represent a very small proportion of the overall population, but there are tons of Jews who own or manage various parts of the corporate media machine. They have a lot of influence on what views are represented in the media. They have the ability to push their views on others. When people have the power to do something they generally do it. This politically correct cleansing of our history causes me some concern whether rich and powerful Jews are behind it or not.
