I've always been a sugar addict when it comes to breakfast. Fruit Loops, Sugar Frosted Flakes, Apple Jacks, Capn Crunch, Cocoa Pebbles, Trix, Lucky Charms, Golden Grahams, Cookie Crisp, etc. I eat less of this junk than I used to, but I always have a box or two in the cupboard! I also eat more donuts than I should, but I'm cutting back on those too. I'm trying to listen to Dr. Gregor and I'm making progress, but eating healthy is a struggle for me.
