Honeywell's new voice-activated smart thermostat :pac:
A thermostat you can have a conversation with! I'm not convinced that I actually NEED one of these, but it would be kind of nice. Just the same, I'm not quite ready to put it at the top of my MUST HAVE list!

I've never owned any of those gadgets. I did come close to buying a Web TV for my dad when they came out though.

Satellite-powered Spot Global Phone
Nice if you spend a lot of time out of cell service areas, but I wouldn't waste money on something like this unless you really, really need it.

What it costs to make the iPad Air :smack:
Talk about an over-priced gadget! You gotta be crazy to shell out the bucks for one of these!

re iPad Air: They don't call it an iPad Air because it's as light as air. It got the name because it's the favorite of airheads everywhere! All kidding aside, this thing is more than just a little bit over-priced! But the cost is not the main concern of Apple Airheads!

CNET Top 5 : Worst holiday tech gifts
All of these are way out of my price range when it comes to gifts and so there's not much chance of me making the mistake of giving any of these duds as gifts!

Cracking Open: Apple iPad Air
This guy shows why it's hard to repair an Air. Apple really went out of their way to make it difficult to get inside this little thing! As a result it's costly to repair it, which is really bad news should you happen to crack the screen! Sort of makes a bad situation worse.

Hands on with Viper Home :pac:
This is a neat DIY home security kit that can be controlled from your smartphone. At $9.99 a month for the service it's a pretty good deal!

Hot Tech Trends for 2014 :roll2:
More stuff you probably don't want or need, but it's all the latest and the greatest! Actually none of this stuff sounds all that impressive to me. I think I'll pass on this batch of useless gadgets!
