Cops Want To Force Boy To Take Picture Of Erect Penis :mad2:
Sounds to me like the cops are the real sexual predators in this case. This whole sexting thing is another one of those manufactured problems. Making a big deal over pictures is something that only people out of touch with reality would do. Wasting tax-payer money on stuff like this is stupid on steroids!

COPS WANT TO PHOTOGRAPH KID'S ERECTION
Here's another account of the story. I have to agree that the cops are behaving more like predators than is the case for the kid accused of the crimes. The idea that the kid may have to be on the sexual predators registry for the rest of his life for such a trivial crime is appalling. The cops are the ones that should be on the registry. That is, after they've been relieved of their jobs! Apologists might argue that the cops are only upholding the law, but I disagree since reasonable judgment should be applied in cases like this. As for the laws themselves, they should be abolished. They cause more harm than good. As for the perceived problem: So what? Pictures are just pictures and laws should not exist which regulate what kind of pictures people can possess.

Police Request For Pic Of Teen's Penis Widely Condemned :wtf:
This clip provides a pretty good overview of how various media organizations are covering this story. All I can say is that it is bizarre that legal authorities could even have the legal power to induce an erection through any means. Such an act would border on torture and the kid hasn't even been found guilty of anything! Last I heard torture was illegal in the USA and the same goes for cruel and unusual forms of punishment. As for the notion that this could be dismissed as "evidence collection" all I can say is BS!

Using the logic used to bust the kid for making child porn for taking pics of himself, it should be possible to bust pretty much every kid under the age of consent for child molestation since pretty much all of them masturbate!

The cops probably just want to get the kid on film so they finally have evidence to bust him for something... Take the kids cell phone away... Sheesh! If anybody ever Sexts me I promise not to over react. Life is just too short!

Cops Rethink Plan To Give Teen A Boner For Justice
I suppose the one person who should most definitely be relieved of his job in this case is the boneheaded judge who authorized the warrant to induce the erection and take the pictures. That guy is definitely in the running for the Biggest Idiot in the World Award. The good thing is that legal authorities in this case decided not to go through with their ridiculously stupid plan. Sometimes cops are a bigger problem than the supposed criminals!

James Sel: I'm not sure about that. Not to be a dick about it, but I don't think that's what you'd call a bonerfied fact.

Teen Arrested After Posting Lewd Pic With Jesus Statue (Pic)
This seems like a fairly normal thing for a teenage boy to do. Just not seeing how this is something that law enforcement should be involved in. This is the epitome of what should be considered to be a NON-CRIME. It's a textbook example. Obvious, if anything ever was obvious!
