Building a Better Sandwich :pac:
The sandwich shown in this video looks pretty good, but it's far from perfect. I'd delete the cucumbers for one thing and then there's the question of what kind of dressing to use. They don't even deal with the dressing issue! I will reveal my recipe for the PERFECT SANDWICH after five people talk about their idea of the perfect sandwich. BTW, it doesn't have to be a sub, but it could be if you want to.

Well, let's see, ham and cheese is pretty good and it's hard to beat salami, but if it's Subway that I'm eating, then I'll go with a meatball with melted Swiss cheese. It's best toasted on white bread, sourdough if they have it!

All you need to know about caviar
My favorite sandwich topping...
Some people like mustard. Other people like mayo. Maybe even guacamole, but I'll take a little caviar, please!

Bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado on Squaw Bread. Mayo on bread and a touch of ketchup on the bacon.

I eat PBJ, bologna, or tunafish most often, but I'll take a meatball sub over most any other sandwich most of the time. Other times I get a hankering for a grilled cheese with a tomato and salsa. It's a toss up, but one way or the other I'd say it's time for panamint_patty to reveal what she considers to be her favorite sandwich!

Okay, here's my favorite sandwich, as promised! Although I like just about any kind of sandwich, my favorite is to take some thinly sliced steak and place it between two slices of sourdough and slather it with horsey sauce. The sandwich you can get at Arby's is okay, but I prefer higher quality steak in my version of the sandwich!

BBQ beef is probably my favorite, especially on sourdough. But tuna fish with a juicy tomato on whole wheat or squaw bread for that matter works too. Avocado is a nice touch on most sandwiches but the grilled Swiss cheese sandwich I had for lunch today was also about as good as it gets! It all depends what I'm hungry for. Most anything tastes good if you haven't had it for awhile, but most anything gets old if you have it too often. Variety is the spice of life!

When I was very young I had a friend whose favorite sandwich was peanut butter and marshmallow creme on extremely fresh white bread with the crust cut off. It was more of a dessert than a sandwich, but technically it's still a sandwich just barely.
