panamint_patty: I had a pretty good workout just trying all those exercises and I do mean all of them! It took about an hour, but I got a pretty good workout! Thanks for the inspiration!

It looks like a few of these variations would result in shoulder damage. Also I'm thinking that only people with fast twitch muscles would be able to do some of these.

Most of those variations probably aren't considered safe by trainers, but I'm sure they'd be appropriate for gymnasts.

every fitness celebrity influencer is lying to you..
Key Point: You can build more muscle with steroids alone, than by working out.
Of course, doing both is better, but when you see someone who has an unnaturally large amount of muscle, you can be sure that they use steroids.
