Top 10 Bruce Lee Moments
Nicely choreographed fight scenes. A little stilted by today's standards, but groundbreaking at the time.

Chuck Norris: Bruce Lee wanted to do more than just beat me
Chuck Norris seems kind of old in this video, but he was probably pretty good back in the day...

Bruce Lee - Philosophy (Be water my friend)
Lots of things happen that involve water that aren't exactly inspiration, but Bruce Lee picks a few that would sound good in a Chinese fortune cookie message.

Not only can Bruce Lee survive being up shit creek without a paddle. He can also play ping pong without one! Actually it would be interesting to see a video of how it was faked. Seems like it still would have taken a lot of work unless it were done with modern computers.

SurfSteve: My understanding is that the ping pong video was created in 2008 using a Bruce Lee lookalike and computer animation techniques as a promo for some commercial product.

I couldn't find any videos about how it was faked but a website said that they hired two professional ping pong players and a Bruce Lee look alike to play the parts. The sounds were that of a real ping pong game and the actors pretended to hit a fake ball which was added in last.

The beauty of the fake is that it looks genuinely as if it were faked using a movie studio back in the days of pong technology!

Bruce Lee got his degree in Philosophy from the University of Washington.

“The usefulness of the cup is its emptiness.”

“Choose the positive. You have choice. You are the master of your attitude, choose the positive, the constructive. Optimism is a faith that leads to success.”

“Truth has no path, truth is living and therefore changing.”

“Don’t fear failure, in great attempts it is glorious even to fail.”

“Mistakes are always forgivable if one has the courage to admit them.”

“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.”

“As you think, so shall you become.”

“Simplicity is the key to brilliance.”

“Don’t think. Feel.”

“I am not in this world to live up to your expectations and you are not in this world to live up to mine.”

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits, there are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”
