What losing weight does to your body and brain
I think the focus should be on losing excess fat and not so much on weight since muscle is denser than fat. That said, the tips in this video are pretty good imho.

Half of the people I know complain about back pain. These exercises might do the trick for you. Then again, they might not.

recluse: Oh my gosh those are some fantastic exercises! When I saw your posts I decided to try them all out instead of my usual morning limbering exercises and some of those exercises feel sooooooo good! Thanks for posting!

Never tried eating off a blue plate but I'll bet it works. Just seeing the blue plate in the video made me not want to eat. Couldn't help noticing the cinnamon in the video was cassia cinnamon. (I know my cinnamons by the way they curl.) Ceylon cinnamon is my favorite! After watching this video I googled o-methoxycinnamaldehyde and found out that it's in both kinds of cinnamon. One reason for consuming Ceylon cinnamon is because it hardly has any coumarin, which is toxic to the liver, as compared to cassia cinnamon, which is loaded with the stuff! The other reason is it tastes better and smells wonderful!

I did some more research and found the link below that says, the coumarin in cinnamon is not water soluble but the active compound (probably o-methoxycinnamaldehyde) is. The article suggests running your cinnamon through a coffee filter. I've done that in the past, though not for that reason. and it makes a mess and easily clogs the filter. At least with the Ceylon. Never tried it with cassia. Seems like using cassia sticks to make a tea would brew out the medicinal benefits of the cassia and leave the coumarin behind inside the sticks...
