Anyone who is the victim of a crime committed by an illegal immigrant should be able to file a lawsuit against the state since the state has blocked the enforcement of laws which would have otherwise potentially eliminated the illegal immigrant. Push that one to the Supreme Court and the state of California will be writing out a bunch of huge checks to the many victims of crimes committed by illegal immigrants.

ergot: I'm not sure if we're allowed to sue the state over laws like that. We should be able to, but some entities are not held responsible for their actions. There may still be a legal angle that can be pursued and the current Supreme Court justices are likely to side with the plaintiff given the ridiculousness of this sanctuary state bullshit. Seriously, our state legislators should be arrested, put on trial, and put to death for treason for failure to uphold federal laws regarding immigration, but that would only happen in a sane and reasonable world!

MojaveMike: Love the hyperbolics. Essentially I'm with you, but I'm afraid that some people might take you seriously about the death penalty part. Although an argument can be made that those who knowingly endanger the lives of others by not allowing law enforcement agencies to apply the law do deserve prison time, it may be going too far to suggest that they should be given the death penalty. Then again anyone who has lost a loved one as a result of such stupidity might feel otherwise.

Watters' Words: Dereliction of duty
Sanctuary cities should not be allowed to exist. Illegal immigrants are illegally here and calling them "undocumented" immigrants is just a way to downplay the severity of the immigration crisis we face here in the USA.

A Message from President Trump
The president makes some great points in this brief message. I'm ashamed that California is a sanctuary state and wish that we would work with the federal government to solve the immigration crisis.

Watters' Words: The Schumer shutdown :wtf:
It seems to be the case that the democrats care more about criminals (aka, illegal immigrants) than about law-abiding American citizens.

More immigrants desperate to cross Mexico border
The illegal immigrant smuggler says that Trump can't build a wall in the ocean. Maybe not, but I wouldn't be quite so over-confidently boastful if I were him, especially considering what happened to Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman.

Mexican presidential candidates vow tough stance on wall
Interesting group of candidates. Two of them make an oddly Hitlerian hand gesture.

Tucker: Dems care more about murderous illegals than you
Illegal aliens should not be treated as if they have the same rights as citizens. Someone here illegally should be deported ASAP without delay. Governor Brown owes everyone in California and the rest of the USA a huge apology.
