No doubt exercise will optimize a person's body and make them fitter. Will it produce a body like that of another person? :roll2:

Seems like you could do that same exercise with a dumb bell. I wonder what the difference is between exercising with kettlebells and dumb bells is. I mostly see people swinging kettle balls in the gym as opposed to lifting them like in your video.

I've been supplement free for the past several months and my joint and shoulder pain was getting worse but it has disappeared since I resumed taking TMG and malic acid again. Rubbing DMSO on sore joints can also be helpful. It can be combined with ascorbic acid or pain medications to deliver them directly to the affected area.

DNA Researchers Pinpoint the Type of Exercise That Could Extend Life
Preserving muscle mass is important, but it's not everything. That's why a balanced approach to fitness is important. Same goes for diet. People who get into fads usually emphasize something and wind up out of balance. It's all about balance.
The main finding of this controlled, randomized, supervised six months study is that endurance training compared to baseline and to the control group increased telomerase activity and telomere length which are both important for cellular senescence, regenerative capacity and thus, healthy aging.
